Background
KPMG Cyber team's clients has been requesting for a CRM ticketing dashboards that can receive insights into their latest cyber vulnerabilities. Having seen competitor websites, they believe that in order to stay in the game, they would need a website portal. They engaged us for a few weeks to come up with this dashboard that incorporate the latest news, updates and sync-up with their clients. This project was over 5 digits SGD as a design-led prototype before leading to another 5-digits for the next development phase which lasted for 2 months.
Approach
From the analyst side, the cyber team required some level of sophisticated query to group and search their clients' engagement and follow up on sales. Multiple chain of approval is required. Also, there might be multiple analysts engaging different cases at any point of time.
From the client's side, users would want to know the latest vulnerabilities update and to see if they are covered. They want to be able to view their pending tickets and actions and to get insights on what other areas of cyber security they can be covered.
Solution
Client dashboard has a news widget where they can view and review their reports.
Analyst dashboard showcases latest and urgent pending tasks according to real-time updates
Analysts are able to view latest news to be pushed to clients, get deep-level search and/or self-guided queries on their client's database.
As intermediary communications channel, we set up a chat function between analyst and clients for enquires.
