Background

Most banks in Singapore have a savings account for children and youths. I was asked to propose a HSBC children/youth banking account that would appeal to the respective stakeholders.

Challenge

Timeline was tight, I made use of 1 days to do desktop user-research, 0.5 days to wireframe, and 0.5 days to create a higher fidelity prototype. Below is how I proposed HSDC Junior eSavers in 2 days. How might we develop an app that 'transforms' and adapts to the shifting and growing nature of savings with the child's age?

Solution

Banking made simple for youths in Singapore, an interactive active avatar that would guide the youth in a secure and validated manner; of course, keeping their parents in the loop!
