Challenge

UIUX was confusing for internal users and the site information architecture (IA) was convoluted and confusing. Furthermore, some digital assets were outdated and needed an urgent refresh. A request for and a new flow and UI in accordance with the branding revamp was required.

How might we create a seamless experience to allow jobs to be done in an efficient manner via better workflows and processes for the existing internal platform?

Solution

Proposed and implemented new IA, new flows with easier navigation and better usability. Unable to obtain key KPIs or OKRs.
